Lovely stay and really enjoyed our stay, facilities around the W hotel were good.

Pros: Location was great. Staff were mostly helpful. Wasn’t notified of scaffolding that was up and on our balcony and caused myself an injury as there were no waring signs. Balcony was messy and not cleaned before we arrived so was unable to use it, even with the scaffolding. Wouldn’t of wanted the children on there with scaffolding. Accommodation itself was good, clean & had everything we needed. Water pressure in the property was low but was ok.

Cons: Reception staff weren’t all that helpful, not all but some. Staff around the hotel/residence were nice and happy to help.

Very nice. Excellent communication. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: All staff was friendly. Excellent location. Aldo the apartment is an excellent location. Large patio that is private from the hotel pool and bar but has its own entrance. So you feel the energy but private at the same time. Very clean and roomy apartment.

Cons: First time there. It was a little confusing checking in with valet and all but that’s what happens when you don’t know what you don’t know. Next time will be simple.

Nice place. The pool was small so it was nice we had our own lounge chairs when there weren’t any at the pool. Good rest

Pros: Loved the patio and there is a private gate that led to the pool. Good restaurants on the property.

Cons: Small things. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days. Had to go buy more. Not enough towels for 7 days. We could have washed them but no laundry soap provided. No kitchen towels or soap.

Thank you! Super great way to spend New Years week and a birthday celebration.

Pros: Great location. We walked to lots of the local sites and restaurants along the beach. The unit is super cool; well-equipped, funky blue kitchen, and the bathroom was super great - big soaking tub and separate shower. Great facilities overall. Thank you!

Fantastic stay for our beach vacation.

Pros: The location was perfect right across from the beach, close to everything on A1A, and downtown/ Las Olas Blvd. the complex was very clean and have everything we needed along with a view of both the beach and intercoastal water way.

Cons: The unit had almost zero water pressure, unsure if this was just for this unit or the entire facility. I would definitely stay again as this wasn’t that big of an issue to me, but my wife may say otherwise.
