Pros: The location is great. The beach and promenade are nearby, and there are lots of restaurants. The room is clean and has everything you need except a dishwasher. But I'm not sure I'd stay there again.

Cons: The insulation in the room was very poor. We stayed for two nights, and I couldn't sleep. You could hear your neighbors, people checking in, the air conditioner, and every movement. Communication with the owner was one-way; he only texted you, so if you had a problem, you wouldn't get a response.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

Pros: The location was perfect for us - just off the beach for morning and evening strolls on the broadwalk. Everything in the apartment was very clean and it was great to have the kitchen, which was well equipped. The free parking spot was also appreciated. Plus big TVs with Roku. Felt very comfortable there - the only shame was we could only stay the one week.

Cons: The only thing that could be improved was the air con - it worked well enough, but was a touch noisy. I still slept fine so not the biggest deal; I'd still absolutely stay there again, but is the reason for a 9 out of 10, rather than a 10 out of 10.

Very clean and convenient suite near the beach

Pros: Very clean room, with microwave, electric cooker, tv, air conditioning. The bed was very confortable. They provided beach towels and toiletries. And 2 complementary drinks, which was very nice. The accomodation is right on the beach.

Cons: They communicate the checkin details via sms, which is not at ease for a non USA visitor who doesn't have a local sim. Would rather encourage using email.
