Private, comfortable and well-located flat.
Pros: I really liked the location, the neighbourhood, and the overall display of the flat. The rooms were well equipped as well as the kitchen. The price matches what you get. It was clean and we got extra towels.
Cons: The shower flooded since it lacked a sliding door (I suppose). After everyone showered (family of four), the floor was soaking wet and we had to put towels on it. Overall, this wasn't a major inconvenience but I wish it's fixed for future travellers.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, and the beds were quite comfortable. At night, there was always a police car parked on the street, which made it feel safe. However, it wasn’t very clean when we arrived, so the owner kindly arranged for a cleaning the next day—thank you for that! In general, I would recommend a more thorough cleaning, especially under the beds and inside the closets. The apartment is well-equipped for cooking, with everything you might need readily available. If the cleaning improves, I would definitely recommend this place, especially considering the price.

Excellent position
Pros: I had a pleasant stay at this location, mainly due to its excellent position. The location is very close to the bus station, which provides easy access to Downtown Miami, making it convenient for getting around. Additionally, the beach is just a short walk away, perfect for those who want to enjoy the sun and ocean without relying on transportation.
Cons: The only downside was the humidity in the room, which caused some discomfort. Finding a solution to reduce the humidity would greatly improve the experience, especially considering Miami’s tropical climate.

GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR A WEEK IN MIAMI
Pros: Great location, near to everything and very easy to check in. The apartment was big and had all the comforts and we had a really great time for an entire week in Miami. Beaches are only 18 min walking.
Cons: They just gave us one towel each for an entire week (there's no wash machine inside the apartment). When we asked for another ones they waited a bit to answer and give us it, but at the end was all fine. Really appreciated, but I'd suggest to quicker the response time.

Great place!
Pros: Great location and staff. We had everything we needed in the flat (even a dishwasher). The staff reacted immediately when asked by an email. I would definietely come back
Cons: It could be cleaned more often. We were there for 7 days and it wasnt cleaned at all. Floors and bathroom needed to be taken care of.

Pros: I would like to thank SobeLux Staff for hosting me and taking care of the small details : the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was clean , Ac working well , comfortable bed , I liked that I had TV to watch a movie or a show before sleeping . Cons: The noise coming from the neighbour ,unfortunately neighbours that came on Thursday night of my stay were very loud , inconsiderate of hours of sleep . I think there should be a law to prevent neighbours from being loud at night .

Great stay!
Pros: While in Miami with my family last August, we stayed at Sobe Lux Apartment. The apartment was exceptionally clean and situated in a lovely area, right in the centre of Miami with the beach just a 15-20 minute walk away. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us without any hassle, which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend this place.
Cons: I liked everything:)

Pros: Location is great. The place is clean, quite and picturesque match the place
Cons: Recommend to include more towels, especially if the stay is 3+ days. I would suggest to include dish soap. Besides that, everything else was great price vs value
