Good value for money
Pros: Well equipped kitchen allowed for self catering. Comfortable bed & plenty of hot water. Spaceous room. Outdoor coutyard was pleasant. Great location. Supermarket around the corner. On bus and trolley routes makes it easy (& cheap) to get around Miami (we used google maps). Beach 2 blocks away - but not the best beach. Safe neighbourhood. It's an older place, so decor is dated, but remember, when you self cater, you save heaps on restaurants.
Cons: Nobody speaks English (No kidding!) Checkin was difficult as we were 20mins late, despite having informed the property.

Pros: Location was perfect. There is full kitchen with everything you need. They provide Beach seat and towels
Cons: Walls are very thin. You can hear everything. Parking near hotel is much cheaper, then reserve from apartment

Very nice for short stay.
Pros: Very nice shared terasse garden can be used for breakfast or evening relaxation. The building is close to the beach - 5 min walking. Close to supermarket Publix.

Pros: Nice apartment with all the comfort for 3 people. the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary and everting was cleaned. Ok washing machine and drying machine.
Cons: The apartment is good for maximum 3 people, we were a family of 4 and the space was just sufficient.

That was a good choice for us for one night stay in Miami area
Pros: Quite a good price as for Miami. We chose the hotel as the first night after a long flight. There is not hotel's parking, but the public parking is just on the other side of the road. If I remember correctly for $1/hour. There are no keys, just codes to enter the building and the room - very comfortable for a few persons families.
Cons: A few stairs at the entrance and some people smoked at the entrance (outside).

Good place
Pros: Good location, 2min to Publix, 2 min to beach. Super clean, right temperature. Nothing missing from appartment, also kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Beds are ok. Small peaceful garden with tables. Staff is super gentle and helpful. Good wifi
Cons: Apt 1 is located next to entrance door and wooden stairs. Apt door has 1 inch cap underneath. You are guaranteed to wake up if somebody takes those stairs! Simply, don't take apt 1.

Excellent location, very helpful staff close to beach, next to parking. I recommend it ☺️
Pros: Fantastic location near the beach, very friendly staff, always willing to help. Clean and beautiful apartment with an excellent mattress. A lot of windows and parking lot next to it - about 10 dollars per day.
Cons: The only remark is the WiFi. You see the WiFi - sometimes multiple ones but it’s almost impossible to connect unless one goes to an utmost corner of the apartment. The owner tried to fix it, but it didn’t help, for overseas guests this is a challenge since the costs of local providers are extremely high. Investing in a good router that covers the building would be highly recommended.

Pros: The apartment is well equipped. It also includes accessories useful for the beach. It is located relatively close to the beach. There are shops and restaurants in the area. However, the place is quiet. The lady who takes care of him is very nice and helpful . I can recommend it

Loving North Beach
Pros: The apartment was clearly furnished recently so it was really nice and comfortable. The Publix Supermarket was only 5 minutes from the apartment and the buss/trolley station also about 5 minutes. The ride to South Miami took about 25-45 minutes, depending on the traffic. But the the trolley is free. The beach, also, about 5 minutes, and, you have to go and see the sunrise, it was beautiful! They had a lounger and an umbrella at the apartment for you to use.
Cons: I'm not complaining because I got along very well but because the workers don't speak English, that might be a problem for some. But, you'll have the number of the owner and you can WhatsApp her and she'll answer quickly. So, not a problem, just something you need to be aware of.
