Villa Italia by At Mine Hospitality

Pros: Everything went very well during our stay. The room was clean, quiet, and conveniently located near Ocean Road, with a bus stop just across the street. The staff were very kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Oscar, who responded to all our requests very quickly and was always available to help. I highly recommend this hotel!

Pros: Incredible location, easy contactless check-in and access to garage (extra 20$ a night, which is almost unbeatable in that location), really comfortable beds. There are some beach accessories that can be borrowed free of charge.

Cons: I personally do not like to be contacted every day by hotel management, but that is a personal choice.

Exceptional - highly recommend if you are a tourist good value for money too

Pros: I was very impressed upon arrival - this is definitely a 'hidden gem' in Miami - it is very spacious, clean, good AC / heating control and lots of natural light - the bathroom and the bedroom are very large and open space and it is quiet and excellent location close to all the main amenities - I would highly recommend this to any tourist visiting Miami I wish I had booked with them sooner. The staff are very friendly and it is in a very secure part of town and has a nice outdoor seating too. Amazing customer service

Pros: Location was awesome. The coordinator I got in touch with was very helpful and friendly. Checkin process was flawless (our 2 other stays in Florida were awful on that regard)

Cons: Beddings were missing for the sofa bed. They brought it eventually, yet it was quite late. Having to remove all the sheets after the stay was also little bit awkward.

Pros: I can fully recommend staying at Villa Italia. It offers excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the check-in process is very easy, even late at night. There’s the option to store your luggage after check-out, the Wi-Fi works well, and the location is perfect—close to bus stops (including the airport bus), shops, the beach, Ocean Drive, and the charming South Pointe Park Lighthouse. We especially loved taking a blanket and breakfast from a nearby café and having a small picnic there with beautiful views. The room was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it!

Pros: Room was very clean and there was a huge comfy bed. Plenty of space in the room and we appreciated the fridge. The bathroom was super clean and plenty of towels. Love the flannels/ washcloths which we don’t often get in the uk. Air con worked well and was relatively quiet. Loved the little garden area where we would take time to have a coffee/ beer and just relax.

Great hotel to stay in while visiting Miami Beach or Miami

Pros: The hotel is located in a very quiet area but close to the main spots of the city. The bus stop for a bus going to the downtown is located just a block away. The nearest supermarkets are located a block away. Room cleaning was on request which was okay for us as we don't need room cleaning every single day.

Pros: We spent amazing weekend at Villa Italia. Huge thanks to Oscar for his care and hospitality. The place is nice and cozy with many nice cafes nearby. The beach is close as well. Absolutely recommend 😊

Pros: A wonderful hotel, conveniently located near the beach and all the main tourist attractions of South Beach. Convenient connections to Miami and an express bus to the airport.

Cons: One would have liked to see glasses for cold drinks and a coffee corner in the room.

Feeling home

Pros: I enjoyed so much my vacation there. Nearby the beach and public transports, it has a strategic position. You can move freely also on foot. Great availability of clubs and bars due its central position. Staff is super kind. Thank you Francesca for all the advices!!
