Pros: Excellent location, the walking distance to a good beach is a must; plenty of beach equipment provided as well, including kids beach toys, which are a must for families! Comfortable and spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen. Nice pool with lots of umbrellas and chairs.

Cons: Apartment could use some maintenance work and refurbishment; eg - TV stand door was broken and poorly attached to the wall, some of the door handles are loose as well. Checkin staff could have provided better instructions, they mainly said we could get to the room and that's it, we had to find for ourselves how to use the small key to the beach entrance and etc.

Pros: Apartment was big and was well equipped, easy check in. Available parking in walking distance. Walking distance to the nearest beach. Quiet neighborhood.

Cons: Ground floor, by the parking entrance, can hear cars passing by. Pictures show random apartments available in this building, just to be aware.

Cons: Être un peu loin de l'aéroport et du port de miami beach.

Fue super positivo. De no haber sido x el cuarto principal sería un 10.

Pros: Me gustó el Complejo, el apt renovado, sobre todo la atención de Janet. Una Genia con todo. Nos ayudó mucho.

Cons: El cuarto matrimonial no tiene ventana ni placard, es muy chico y sin luz. Fue una desilusión y no se percibía así en las fotos. Casi q sería como medio cuarto. El cuarto de las 2 camas dobles perfecto y todo el resto del apt increíble.
