Overall it was great.

Pros: Great apartment in the hotel. Nicely fitted out and in great condition. Lovely helpful staff.

Cons: There is a real miscommunication between the property owner and the hotel. Anything you ask from the hotel, they refer you to the property owner. Anything you ask from the property owner, they refer you to the hotel. The apartment is clearly within a hotel building, and you are paying an extra resort fee for use of the facilities, however, the hotel, staff differentiate between hotel guests and private guests. For instance, they refused to store the luggage for private guests, but will happily do it for hotel guests. The hotel did not want to provide additional bedding for the spare pull-out bed and stated that the property owner should provide this. However, the property owner stated that they should come from the hotel. The same happened with the saucepans in the kitchen. There is clearly a lot of confusion with regard to the private apartments within the hotel.
