Convenient spot for a great value!

Pros: The location was quiet and convenient. The apartment was decorated great and the ac was cold!! There is a mall and restaurants steps away. There is a Publix within a 5-10 min walk. The beach is walkable but it’s a little bit of a hike and it’s pretty dark at night (until you get to the bridge). Luckily you can ride circuit cart there and it isn’t too bad. Parking was super convenient and the pool was small but really clean. There is laundry on site and you can use an app to pay and control it which is cool. Being on the first floor was nice and there’s a small patio out back so you can dry towels etc…

Cons: The first night we had a little issue with getting blankets for the pull out sofa so be sure to be specific about needing that. I was also expecting two bathrooms but it is a bath and a half (one shower and it is rainfall style so if you like power showers this isn’t for you) The apartment was clean on the surface but there were a few little things that needed attention - area around toilets and kitchen trash can was dirty, a couple towels smelled funky once wet, couch was crumby when using pullout. I didn’t love that the back gate was open all the time (the one that gives access to the back door of the property). For the cost it was still a great value.
