Pros: The location is great.. walking distance to restaurants and shops.. overall fine! Pretty quiet and comfortable

Cons: It could use a bit of attention to detail as far as cleanliness and painting.. it needs some love in certain spots such as the bathroom! The pillows were a bit dirty and the bathroom needs some work.. no drinking glasses in the kitchen only coffee cups.. the tv remote only works part way, you can only Turn on/off the tv by the actual tv or raise or lower the volume..
