Gorgeous property. Would stay again. Communication from property host was extremely lacking.

Pros: The view was spectacular. Just steps to the beach. The independent restaurants on-site were very good.

Cons: We had damage in the room upon arrival. Contacting the host was nearly impossible. There were at least 5 layers between booking.com and the large customer service company. I left call back messages and no calls were returned. When I finally got thru to “Host Me” the phone connection was awful. I could not understand the phone operator and the service was poor. The wait time on the elevators was INSANELY long due to it being a high rise. The automatic 20% service charge on restaurant and bar service was unfortunate - it made for very poor and slow service.

Great place for a get-together of friends!

Pros: The condo had a great view of both the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the city. The pools were refreshing and the chairs on the beach comfortable.

Cons: On Sunday, the elevators were very busy. We had to take an Uber to restaurants but the restaurant at the resort was very good also.
