Pros: Tatiana was an amazing host. The property is a bit dated, but clean and functional. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the neighborhood was. Walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the beach. We will return!

The property manager made the stay very enjoyable. I talked to her a lot, and she gave me suggestions and things to do.

Pros: I was a solo traveler and stayed in unit number three for seven days. I stayed in a two bedroom unit that was very comfortable and had everything that I needed including a washer and dryer. There also was a TV in both of the bedrooms and living room. The property manager was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: The walls were thin, and you could hear the neighbors which sort of bothered me, but since I was a solo traveler, I moved into another bedroom and the neighbors were quiet next to that room.
