Pros: Nice location, walking distance to the centre, clean and comfortable. Nice spa and pool and was cheapest option I got in that area.

Great place to stay
Pros: The property was clean and modern. It had everything you needed, the washer and dryer was very handy. Located just outside the city, the place was quiet with short travel times to key places

Pros: Host was responsive and great to communicate with. The apartment was so clean and modern. Enjoyed all the cooking utensils and the 2 smart tv’s. The pool, gym and sauna we used every day as the weather was not great, these were all fantastic. Washer and dryer was so handy.
Cons: The inclusion of some cooking oil, salt and pepper etc. would be useful as it can get expensive to buy all these just for a few days. Also a tea towel would have been handy.

Muy buena ubicacion
Pros: Excelente ubicación, el apartamento se encuentra bien equipado, aunque deben revisar antes de entregar, ya que me toco que levantar el colchón y voltear el somier, porque estaba al revés y se hundía la cama. De resto todo bien.
Cons: El sistema que manejan para entregar el apto, y mas si llegas en coche para estacionar, toda vez que te toca llegar a recepción primero, registrarte y subir al apto, donde encontraras la llave del apto y la del estacionamiento, luego bajar y poder entrar el coche, para abandonar el apto es igual o peor, te toca; bajar con las maletas, sacar el coche del estacionamiento, entrar de nuevo al edificio, ir hasta el apto y dejar las llaves dentro y bajar hasta donde dejaste el coche, es como incomodo.

Pros: Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im “Prime Location 1-Bed Retreat”! Die Wohnung ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders praktisch war der eigene Parkplatz, was in dieser zentralen Lage wirklich Gold wert ist. Alles, was man braucht (Supermärkte, Cafés, ÖPNV), ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich komme gerne wieder – absolute Empfehlung!

Sauberes und modernes Apartment
Pros: Sauberes und modernes Apartment. Gute, individuell einstellbare Klimaanlage. Gut ausgestattete Küche und völlig ausreichend fürs Frühstück. Kühlschrank mit Eisfunktion ist super. Abgesicherter Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Mehrere Supermärkte in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Umgebung Richtung Downtown wirkte während unseres Aufenthaltes sicher.
Cons: Das Bettgestell war an einer Seite etwas kaputt, das war aber nicht weiter störend. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist sehr eingeschränkt, zur Erkundung von Miami aber irrelevant.

Pros: Primer nivel, super seguro, limpio y con todas las instalaciones impecables. La piscina y el edificio en general primer nivel. Fuimos por un game de los Heats, ideal para cualquier evento en el Kaseya e ir a pie con tranquilidad. Muchas gracias al anfitrión : )

Very good experience, amazing amenities
Pros: NEW BUILDING! Room was very clean with lot of light.. The instructions given from host very helpful and analytic...the closed parking space was a big plus but the highlight of the stay were the amazing amenities the building is offering..a great pool, roof garden, gym and working area... Location was good , few minutes by car to Brickel and aprox 15 minutes to South beach...There are 3 supermarkets just two minute walking from the building (Publix, Aldi and Target).... In few words I would definitely re book this place
Cons: Not open windows in the room while the area around the building looks bit unsafe but nothing to worry when you are moving with your vehicle.. Sound isolation with neighbour appartnent was also an issue but this is in almost every condo in miami
