Very comfortable base in Miami.

Pros: Very clean apartment located in nice neighbourhood with off street parking. Easy to get onto the freeway. Handy to supermarkets, design district (including a number of murals) and cheap gas stations. Well equipped kitchen and very responsive hosts.

Cons: Is a little bit off the beaten track for Miami Beach and the central city.

Pros: Exceptional experience! The attention to detail was incredible -from laundry liquid to essential toiletries

Nice apartment in a perfect position

Pros: Very nice and cozy apartment at 15 mins by car from Miami Beach and Downtown. Walking distance from Wynwood district. The host is incredibly caring, kind and available. We appreciated a lot the drinks, products and amenities at our disposal. The house was really clean. Private parking available. Nice little open air area. Absolutely recommended

3-night stay in cosy comfort. Very clean accommodation with kind host Alex sending fast responses.

Pros: We liked the comfort and homeliness of the apartment. There were two good sized double bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was very clean with a great shower. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the bottles of water left in the fridge with other juices. There was coffee, tea, sugar, cereals etc. provided. The washer/dryer was also very useful before we went on our cruise. Detergent, fabric softener and all cleaning materials were kindly supplied. Anything you could need was already there. We felt really at home and very safe.

Cons: We worried about managing our suitcases up the steps to the door of the apartment on the 2nd. floor but we were lucky as we had two strong husbands with us. Otherwise had no issues.

Positive experience

Pros: House in a good residential area, close to the Design District. Miami Beach and other key areas can be reached via bus (free in Miami till 31.st December 2023). House has two bedrooms both with 2ble bed and both with TV, bathroom with large shower, dining room with large TV, well equipped kitchen with everything, including washing and drying machine. We found plenty of water and other drinks +some food at our arrival. Salt and pepper were there. We bought food at Trader Joe's and had dinner in the house for 3 nights. We entered the house via keyboard+code on the entry door. No key is needed. The owner was very collaborative and present when needed via message. Bus 36 to/from Airport and Miami Beach stops nearby (10 mins walk). Very good!

Cons: Nothing in particular. The location is not super central (not downtown or in Miami Beach) but you can arrive to any place via Uber or public transport.

It's clear that Alex wants his guests to be happy - and we were!

Pros: Clean and cozy appartement with all the amenities one could wish for. Alex was a very friendly and determined host, who made sure that everything was perfect.

Cons: Couldn't think of anything that wasn't great.
