The place was great! It was super clean

Pros: Everything was perfect for my Miami trip. The room was exceptionally clean, and the modern shower was a highlight. I loved the privacy and the peaceful outdoor area. The living room is great, but what really made the difference were the thoughtful amenities: having a full-length mirror, an iron, and my own coffee machine and microwave made me feel right at home. It’s a great bang for your buck. Huge thanks to our host Carlo—she is so kind and made our stay extra special

Simply great

Pros: Carol's place is amazing and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's a well-equipped kitchen (with coffee and tea provided), the bathroom is properly sized, and the bed is comfy. Her welcome was very nice, and Carol even provided a US power adapter since I forgot to bring mine with me. The property is not situated centrally, but you can catch a bus/metro/uber to get anywhere you want. Wynwood Walls for example are around 25 minutes by foot, first Metromover station in around 1 hour (yeah, I just like walking, and I managed to here as well). All in all, highly recommended for a calm home-like stay outside downtown. There's some occasional plane noise, but it wasn't bothering me much.

A perfect cozy stay!!!

Pros: We stayed at Cozy Casarita Cottage for just one night, and it was a truly lovely experience. The warm welcome we received made us feel right at home—our host was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and accommodating, even greeting us late at night without any hesitation. The cottage is equipped with every comfort you could need: a spotless bathroom with a spacious shower, a cozy and comfortable bed, and smart use of space throughout. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, drinks, basic medicines, and even a spare toothbrush—all freely available. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-prepared. We couldn’t have asked for more. A solid 10/10! Highly recommended.

Pros: Merci pour tout, Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce petit cocon, où nous nous sentions bien La propreté sans faille, les petites attentions dans la cuisine, du linge qui sentait extrêmement bon et surtout une hôtesse à l'écoute Tout était parfait

Comfortable haven from Miami’s hustle & bustle.

Pros: The place is super cute and well-appointed. The host was kind and considerate. The neighborhood is quiet (other than airplanes overhead), a quick ride from the airport and only a mile from Wynwood—I was able to walk there! Would definitely stay again.

Pros: El lugar es super acogedor, limpio, con una ubicación muy buena para caminar. Es un barrio residencial pero tiene varios puntos cerca y es agradable de caminar. La anfitriona muy atenta y preocupada. Es un lugar que recomendaría a familia y amigos y si vuelvo a miami, seguro volvemos a agendar 🙂🙂

Excellent host and property for a comfortable stay near Wynwood

Pros: Excellent host. Property was beautiful and the room was spotless with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. Location near Wynwood was ideal for my travel program.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Gute Lage, sehr nette Gastgeberin, vollkommene Ausstattung

Cons: Bett relativ klein für zwei Personen.

Pros: Casetta molto carina con tutto il necessario. L’host è stata molto accogliente e flessibile con il nostro orario di arrivo, vincolato dal volo. Ci ha lasciato anche acqua e qualche snack che non è mai scontato ma sempre apprezzato. Positivo lo spazio del soggiorno, dove poter lasciare le valigie.

Cons: Unica nota, il letto un po’ piccolo.
