Super spacious apartment with excellent views over Miami.

Pros: The location is great. The apartment is spacious (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a living room). It is located in the building Alea Miami - it can be easily found on Google Maps. We parked in the College Station Garage which is 1 block away, completely safe and 15 USD per night. Basically what we did was go out for the day in the morning, come back in the afternoon and leave the car there. Loads of food options in the area. Right next to it is a Metromover station which brings you to Brickell (10th street station - even more restaurants) or elsewhere for free. Cristina the manager of the property is very responsive. Alea Miami has a pool with sunshine from early afternoon (in October) and social areas.

Cons: There is Bayside shopping mall with a giant wheel a block away but the entire place is a tourist trap with a lot of offers which cost an unreasonable amount of money. Would recommend not going there.

Great place to stay for a weekend in Brickell. Plenty of room for multiple guests and the view is amazing at night.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, centrally located in Brickell so everything is walkable.

Pros: La proximité avec tout les services, la vue est magnifique!

Cons: La propreté serait à travailler mais rien de majeur! Doit s’ajuster au famille qui reside et qui utilise la cuisine. Manque de savon à vaisselle, aucun linge de cuisine et manque d’ustensiles de cuisine.
