Luxury condo with a view

Pros: Everything. New luxury building, amazing view, luxury amenities (pool, dog spa, common areas, gym), great location with lots of restaurants and a transit station literally outside the building and within blocks. The condo itself was modern, clean, ample storage space and kitchen was fully stocked including filtered water dispenser. Bed was also very comfortable. Hosts communicated a lot before, during, and on check-out day.

Cons: I wish there was patio furniture to work outside, otherwise everything else was amazing.

Excellent location, will definitely be back.

Pros: Great location - great view of the NYs Fireworks from the balcony Excellent location for the Basketball stadium Lots of security and police in the area. Very safe Great facilities - GYM, Pool, Spa and Sauna Safe and secure Parking opened on the same floor as the rooms Good WIFI speed Market place and lounge area on L12 or 13 Pet friendly.

Cons: We were there for two weeks. Could have used a refresh after week one. Needs more toilet paper, and kitchen towels, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, dishes, wine glasses, plates and spatulas. Not a big deal but would have been helpful. One of the keys did not work. Parking could have been included or reduced for a 2 week stay. Pool table area could have been better maintained. Missing balls and chalk.

Pros: Excellent location, near to Bayside, makes it a good base to explore nearby downtown area

Cons: Firealarm beeps!

A very pleasant stay. A few amenities could be improved and it would be perfect!

Pros: The apartment and building were excellent. The sea view was beautiful. The pool was great. The building had secure access with security guards at the entrance. It's close to the metro and bus.

Cons: There were a few minor issues: the sliding glass door didn't close properly, letting in noise and drafts; the iron was broken, exposing the wires; and the ironing board was also broken. The sofa bed in the living room had a very poor quality mattress that creaked constantly.

Pros: Fantastic views. Excellent space within the apartment. Brilliant facilities and everything was catered for.

With a few expentions, everything went smoothly.

Pros: Location. Clean apartment and spacious rooms. Warmed pool. Functional gym and steam room

Cons: I am not used to buying myself toilet paper or dishwasher derergent on holiday.

Absolutely Loved It - Very Well Equipped Facility

Pros: Amazing Property - Great View - Excellent Gym, Spacious Pool Deck with Chairs for Lounging and Gathering, Grill on Pool Deck, Pool Table, Gathering/Meeting Facilities, Cappuccino Machine (fee). En-Suite Kitchen was adequately equipped. Did Not Hear Any Noise From The Hallway. Security and Cleaning Staff Did Their Jobs Very Well. Absolutely Loved It. Parking Not Included Was a Tiny Bit Inconvenient but Multiple Options Mean Adequate Parking Availability. Indoor and Outdoor Parking Were Both Available and In The End Turned Out To Be The Same Price. No Restaurants or Bars On The Property - But Tons In The Neighborhood.

We had great time and apartment was just what we needed for me my husband and our teenage daughter!

Pros: No problem with parking, easy reachable with car,great swimming pool, apartment was clean, comfortable and owner very fast reacted to every questions.

Cons: A bit noisy, but it’s a city life.

The suite was absolutely according to my expectations, fantastic!

Pros: The suite space was perfect and it contained all that you would expect and all that I needed. In addition there is a gym in the building which had the space and tools to do my regular workout and a very nice swimming pool. The location was for me perfect because of my work meetings in Miami. Last but not least, Luisa at the reception desk is very helpful and a pleasure to see and greet coming in and going out of the building.

Cons: There are three topics I wish to list that I hope management can improve: The color of the roller blinds to a darker color as I like it to be completely dark in the bedroom, the pressure of the water in the shower is not as strong as I'm used to and it doesn't heat us quickly, and finally as a European I like mattress sheets to be with elastics.

Can I please move in Forever lol.
