Highly recommended!

Pros: Location was impeccable, 5 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to Miami beach. There is a supermarket, dollar tree and multiple stores all close by, as well as dominos and McDonald's on your doorstep. Will also add the bedrooms are very spacious, great to have 2 bathrooms as well, loved that. Definitely would stay again. The photos are pretty much what you end up getting, definitely spacious but would say for the space 4 people might be a little cramped, 2 people is perfect for this accommodation.

Cons: The code didn't work on arrival, but was sorted in 15 minutes. The floor was dirty, so if you walk barefoot your feet would be dirty very quickly so they should mop up more often. Also the freezer compartment was overfrozen, and as the fridge door didn't shut correctly at times, water would pool outside on occasion. These are only small issues and didn't take anything away from the trip, and are easy fixes. Would still highly recommend it based on value for money and location and room sizes.

We were happy to find the two bedroom space in a great area.

Pros: Security of the location and the decor. The beds were comfortable with well decorated and accommodating furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. I loved the cooling units. We were really comfortable. Being within walking distance of eateries was nice as well.

Cons: The unit next to ours was an adjoining unit separating the units with a door locked with a slip lock only. That made us a bit uneasy. The occupants were extremely noisy until late night Friday and I had an early flight which caused me to get little rest. There were lots of baby spiders in windows and larger ones on walls or hanging from the ceiling suggesting that the unit had not been used in a while.

Excelente!

Pros: A propriedade tem boa localização, perto de mercados e lanchonetes. Também possui um ótimo espaço interno e também climatizado( quartos e sala), o que fez toda a diferença, pois fomos em dias bem quentes.

Cons: Uma sugestão para melhoria seria um cooktop com mais bocas(lá é por indução) , pois tivemos que cozinhar por parte, pois não cabiam 2 panelas. E somente uma boca estava acendendo. Outra sugestão, seria deixar ao menos uma vassoura disponível no apartamento, pois ficar 5 dias sem varrer acumula sujeira, e como fomos muito nas praias!!
