Downtown Miami Condos by Lua Host

Pros: Very nice instalations, all we need to stay for a week. Localization perfect, near a lot of good places to go and the in front of first street station.

Cons: Parking is expensive, but I'm was warned of It, it's part of the game

Pros: The location was excellent and the unit was extremely clean and spacious. The host was very responsive and ensured that everything was taken care of to make my stay comfortable.

Cons: Not really a huge deal but the water could have been hotter in the shower.

Pros: Very clean and host was quick and responsive if asked any questions or needed help

Pros: It was perfect for our 5 day stay before we joined a cruise. The condo had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. Good location to restaurants the Metro Mover and shops. Communication with the host was simple and they responded quickly to any questions. First time I've used an electronic lock using my phone as the key but it was an easy process. Will stay there again next time we are back in Miami.

Clean, everything you need apartment

Pros: Apartment was clean and had everything needed to self cater and enjoy Miami. Walkable to main attractions and public transport. Easy bus ride to Miami Beach and most tours pick up nearby. Spa, pool and gym great. Food downstairs looked good - didn’t try it but good to know it was an option. 24 h staffed desk. host Very responsive to my needs when I needed to reach out. Highly recommend.

Amazing apartment in downtown miami

Pros: Location is amazing for downtown access, easy to get to from airport. Not far from bayside park, south beach, coconut grove, little Havana etc. Very clean apartment. Instructions clear. Had a few minor issues but all resolved and sorted by owner.

Cons: No cleaning service unless you pay extra, fine for us as only stayed 3 nights but for others staying longer might be expensive. Some toiletries and supplies, again to be mindful if staying longer.

Pros: Everything was great Good location, furnished apartment Quick communication with property, I really appreciated Efficiency

Cons: Soda bed not very comfortable but for a couple of days, it is ok

Pros: Great location. Right next the Bayfront Park and surrounding with many stores needed for visitors.

Cons: Kitchen has no washing equipment for the dishes

Overall really nice and it has everything you need!

Pros: It was really clean and everything that is needed was provided. The pool and whirlpool were great and always accessible, the gym too. The bath is really new and nice. Having a wash machine and a dryer is also really convenient.

Cons: The cooking field needed really long to heat up and there should be a bigger pan to cook.

Excellent Miami Escape

Pros: Location was excellent, lots around and building was modern and safe with a reception. Property was huge and had all the amenities. Host was extremely helpful and communicative.
