Chouette appartement propre avec équipements, pas dans le centre de Miami

Pros: Appartement propre dans un quartier résidentiel. Equipement avec tout le nécessaire, tv Panasonic, four à micro-onde, frigo, cuisinière, cafetierre. Le propriétaire Carlos est très disponible via WhatsApp, toujours près a aider. Lit confortable. Douche. Jardin avec terrasse et bbq. L'endroit est sympa. Il y a des magasins et fast food à 5 minutes en voiture. Je recommande mais prenez soin de voir avec le propriétaire où parquer votre voiture.

Cons: L'emplacement de l'appartement est a environs 30-40 minutes du centre de Miami, il vous faudra donc une voiture ou utiliser Uber. Les persiennes n'obscurcissent pas l'appartement, il est préférable d'avoir un masque de sommeil avec soi car il fait vite clair le matin. Les coqs dans le quartier chantent très tôt, il est préférable d'avoir des boules Quies (Earbuds). J'ai malheureusement subis un soucis avec ma voiture que j'ai parqué à l'emplacement désigné par le propriétaire mais elle a été embarquée le lendemain sans que je ne sache encore aujourd'hui la raison. Cela dit, le propriétaire Carlos a toujours communiqué avec moi pour m'aider et m'à payé une course Uber. Il m'a promis de me rembourser 50% des frais pour l'embarquement de ma voiture.
