Perfect small apartment for visiting Miami

Pros: We had the whole apartment, kitchen had all you need to cook. Bed was so comfortable that we had problems getting up in the morning. Located in the backyard so it was very safe and peaceful. The host helped us check. The refrigerator and air conditioning worked great.

Cons: A bit far from the center but we knew this when booking.

Pros: Great apartment! Very clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. I definitely recommend it and would love to come back in the future!

Very helpful and friendly hosts. Cosy comfy apartment with everything we needed.

Pros: We thought the hosts were very hospitable and friendly. especially allowing us to do all the laundry. it helped when we got home. the apartment was clean and cosy and the air conditioning kept it at a constant comfortable temperature. we had a really enjoyable week and it always felt good to come back to in the evening. We would highly recommend this apartment and the hosts.

Cons: The only thing we had a problem with was the key safe when we arrived as we couldn't see the numbers in the dark. A light near this would help.

Great price-quality apartment in Miami.

Pros: Small but nice apartment. Quiet area. Spacious shower. The kitchen was sufficient and there were a couple of extra’s we liked. We could also use the washing machine for free. Host was very friendly!

Cons: The lights in the rooms were either too bright or too dark.

Nice and cozy place in a great location

Pros: A great and well-equipped place in a convenient location.

Pros: Perfect location close to the airport, still quiet place. In a central place between Little Havanna and Everglades -both are in reach. Practical and comfortable little apartment, good communication with host.

Cons: All were fine, as a small recommendation a paper towel and a simple dish-dryer would be appreciated next to the sink.

HOST IS VERY CONSIDERATE, THE PLACE IS VERY COMFORTABLE, THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY.

Pros: THIS IS MY SECOND TIME STAYING AT THE PROPERTY, I LOVE THE QUIET ENVIRONMENT, I ALWAYS TRY TO STAY THERE BUT SOMETIMES IT IS NOT AVAILABLE, HOST AND MOTHER IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS, THEY EVEN PAID FOR MY UBER WITH THEIR CARD BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET THROUGH AND I GAVE THEM BACK THE CASH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, I HAD MY OWN KITCHEN, IT IS FULLY EQUIPTED, NICE AND SPACIOUS BATHROOM AND THE ROOM IS SPACIOUS WITH SPLIT UNIT, VERY SAFE PLACE TO STAY, WIFI IS EXTREMELY GOOD, I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE ,IF YOU ARE EVER GOING TO MIAMI TRY TO GET THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR STAY IN A PEACEFUL CLEAN PLACE ,I LOVEEEE IT THERE ,PLUS YOU CAN WASH YOUR CLOTHES IF YOU WANT TO , WISH I COULD FIND SOMETHING LIKE THIS FOR MY UPCOMING TRIP TO BOGOTA COLUMBIA NEXT MONTH .

Cons: TO BE TOTALLY HONEST THE PLACE IS A FIVE STAR PLACE, THE ONLY THING I NEED WHEN I NEXT VISIT IS A MIRROR ON THE WALL SO I CAN SEE MYSELF WHENEVER IMM DRESSED TO GO OUT, OTHER THAN THAT IT IS PERFECT, JUST THE BEST EVER

It was a great last stop of our FL trip

Pros: Clean, everything that you need. We had some issues with the electricity when we arrived. However, the owner directly managed to organize some electricians who fixed the issue the next morning. That was great! Location is awesome if you are looking for trips in Southern Miami (coral Grabes and Key Biscayne etc).

Pros: We've had a really good time here. The apartment is not only equiped with everything but has also a unique climate, Great value and the place is amazing, perfect for the two of us. Ian, thank you for your hospitality.

Pros: It was cozy. Very clean and comfortable. Good location. Super communication with the host.

Cons: Big light at night from neighbors.
