Pros: Property was very close from Calle 8 and Brickell. Clean and cosy.

Pros: Clean and comfortable room, very close to little Havana neighborhood - 5min on foot, close to bus station - max 15 min by bus to Miami downtown

Cons: The street was dirty and littered with mattresses and arm chairs left on the side walk. The property had three chain-link gates which were almost every time left open by the other tenants - kind of inviting passerby to get into. Nothing happened, but a bit unnerving overall. Also, no oil, vinegar, salt, pepper or coffee provided

Pros: Esta ubicado excelentemente en la zona más activa de la calle 8, a pasos de supermercados, farmacias y actividad social. Es un lugar que te sientes seguro y cómodo.

A clean, nicely decorated, spacious apartment for two in the heart of Calle Ocho.

Pros: The rental location is in the heart of Calle Ocho, which I love. The surrounding area was quiet, and we felt safe inside the property. The host was very friendly.

Pros: Nice neighborhood,very close to the happy street (calle 8) 😀. Very close to supermarkets and various necessities. The house very cozy. Overall I spend a nice time. Good price for a nice and comfortable place. A good communication with the property owner, clear and patient, nice service. 👍

Cons: Only The AC is a bit too loud and not working perfectly.

Cons: I cannot believe that after turning on the tv one time and switching it off, I am being told that the tv cannot come on. This is pure madness!!! Also, the AC had a leak in the first few days, and the bathroom was a bit too small
