Amazing Condo in Downtown Miami/Brickell w/PARKING

Excellent location, nice, clean and cozy place

Pros: Great location- just minutes away from Bayfront park and bus stop to South Beach, close to shops. Good relaxing area at the pool. Host responses very quickly whenever needed assistance and was very helpful with my questions.

Cons: I had a lovely stay, so can’t say anything bad

Comfortable stay in good location downtown

Pros: Comfortable stay in a good location. Washing machine and dryer in apartment very useful. Convenient for public transport from airport and Uber to Miami port. Bayside marketplace a short walk away. Good wifi. No issues with our stay.

Cons: Apartment is functional, could do with a fresh lick of paint. Key downloadable to an app which I needed the reception staff to help me with. For the price paid, it was not special or luxurious.

Pros: The location was superb, near Brickell, Bayfront Park and many cafes and stores. The host contacted me prior my arrival to send me the code that worked as a key to get in the apartment. It was very clean and had all the facilities I needed. The view was also very nice, especially if you do home office.

Cons: As the post mentioned it included parking, I was surprised when I arrived, as I had to pay additional. There was no wifi either, or at least I couldn't find any sign with the password. I would have appreciated to have some recommendations from the host of places to visit or where to eat too.

Pros: Nos gustó su situación y que era tal como en las fotos, Era muy fácil llegar del aeropuerto al lugar en metro o Uber, además tenía el Metro mover a la puerta No le faltaba nada tiene plancha, lavadora y secadora y todos los necesarios en la cocina.

Pros: El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, decoración sencilla, pero agradable. Buena ubicación, segura; con comercios y el Bayfront Park cerca.

Pros: En general la habitación esta excelente y cumple con las comodidades a lo que infraestructura y comodidades se rediere

Cons: No tuvimos un recibimiento del huésped ñ, tuvimos problemas con la señal de la tv

Prachtig en fijn!

Pros: De locatie is perfect, het was een minuut of 5 lopen naar de Bayside. Fijn dat er een parkeergarage tegenover het complex was. Het zwembad was fantastisch!

Cons: Het water in onze wastafel in de badkamer liep niet goed weg.

Pros: KARINA la recepcionista un amor nos ayudo en todo. El departamento excelente. Muy limpio. Lo único el TV nunca lo pudimos conectar. La ubicación no podía ser mejor.. Todo perfecto..
