Pros: The property was nothing short of amazing. You don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. Everything is there at your fingertips. Very clean. Very nice.

Cons: I didn’t like that the restaurant closes at 3. no dinner available on site.

Pros: I appreciated the location in brickell. It was dead center to everything. The room and the view was very nice. The pool was great as well. Was easy and convenient checking in.

Cons: Parking will cost a lot whether you valet or park in the garages in the nearby area.

I would definitely stay again and it is much better than staying at a hotel.

Pros: The proximity to everything was great. Everything was nice and clean. The pool terrace was wonderful, even though we didn’t use the pool it was a great place to relax. The host was attentive to our needs and resolved any issues that came up.

Cons: The one thing I did not like was the high step-over to get into the tub to take a shower. I don’t need a handicap bar to hold onto, but it would be useful for anyone.

Pros: Υπέροχο κατάλυμα (άνετο, πολυτελές, με πρόσβαση σε όλες σχεδόν τις παροχές του Icon, βλ. πισίνα, τζακούζι, spa), σε πολύ βολική - κεντρική τοποθεσία (Brickell) με έντονη ζωή και πληθώρα επιλογών για διασκέδαση. Ανταποκρίθηκε πλήρως στις προσδοκίες μας! Θα το ξαναπροτιμούσαμε σίγουρα και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλαχτα!

Pros: The view is spectacularly calming and sensational to wake up and go to sleep to.

Cons: The elevators are in high demand so it takes awhile to come in handy but it’s understandable.

Pros: Clean, spacious, amazing location Close to everything, great spa and gym amenities, amazing pool area with a spectacular view. The host answers right away

Cons: Noise from outside in the middle of the night Easy to hear loud, drunk neighbors The studio missed more towel hooks in the bathroom and definitely a full length mirror. This studio is located in the go out dressy district so mirror is definitely needed to prep and match outfit.
