Cozy Apartment Near Brickell

Beautiful apartment, has everything you need, host is super responsive.

Pros: On the first night we really needed to use the washing machine. It is shared across the apartments and there was a glitch. The host was super responsive and got it sorted really fast and gave us quarters as well so that we could use it. We were super grateful.

Cons: The hot water in the shower could have been hotter. It was warm but I really enjoy hot water.

Good Host, Noisy in the morning and evening hours, price worthy.

Pros: The host was very accommodating, friendly, and helped us immediately with every little thing.

Cons: Sometimes it was very loud – probably due to the generally thin walls in American houses. Between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m., there were loud cars. Between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m., there was often loud music – which was no problem for us. There is no good public transportation connection – but from the way it feels, that’s the case pretty much everywhere in Miami.

Pros: The apartment had all the kitchen essentials, including oil and spices. The bed was very comfortable. The host, Patricia was super responsive and helpful.

Cons: The couch was a bit uncomfortable for 2 people to watch TV in the big screen, the toilet sometimes did not fill up with water so it didn't flush, but that was a quick fix once we discovered it.

It was enjoyable

Pros: The location was ideal to meet our activities. Transportation was easily available, supermarket in close proximity and the area was quiet.

Best communication, great location, and amazing price!

Pros: We had a really great stay at this apartment in Miami. The price was very fair, and the location was perfect—just a short drive from downtown, which made it super easy to get around the city. The parking spot was also a big plus and made everything more convenient. But what really made this stay special was the owner. The communication was honestly the best we’ve ever had. They were always quick to respond, super friendly, and ready to help with anything. Every time we had a question, they answered right away. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of. You can tell they care a lot about their guests. Everything about the booking was smooth from the start to the end. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. But again, the best part was how easy and pleasant it was to talk to the owner. It made the whole trip better. If you’re thinking about booking this place—do it! You won’t regret it. Highly recommended!

Next time I would consider the same apartment again.

Pros: Le logement est très confortable et bien situé juste à côté d'un parc pour enfants et une épicerie. La place de parking est parfaite . Super télé et cuisine très bien équipée

Cons: Le rideau de la grande chambre un peu petit laisse passer la lumière sinon c'était très bien

Pros: 房间面积比较宽敞，但是装修比较老旧，空调声音很响！卫生间设施简陋，窗户密封不好，我们住在底楼，发现有小蜥蜴爬进房间。地理位置还可以，周围有个学校，由于房间紧靠马路，早上六点多就能听到清扫马路的的机器声，早上七点多能听到垃圾收集垃圾桶的声音，早上八点左右，能听到送孩子上学的声音……另外，房间里没有洗衣机，第二天才找到了了投币的公共洗衣机，在外面停车场边上……

Cons: 建议重新装修一下，并安装入户洗衣机

Pros: apartamento bem localizado. instalações com tudo que precisamos. apartamento limpo. seguro. são dois quartos, com cama de casal, nossa familia ( casal + dois filhos ) ficaram bem acomodados. cozinha é bem bacana, com moveis novinhos. perto do Brickel, caminhada de 20min. fácil acesso ao metromover.
