Pros: Fantastic apartment, beautiful views and I loved having the separate reception desk. They provided exceptional service (particularly when my luggage was lost!). I’ve stayed at other rooms at the FB (for work conferences) and this was by far the best room and value for money.

Pros: The property has amazing views and a lot of perks staying at the Fontainebleau. The room and the location were perfect. Our hosts were very helpful both during and after our stay, responding to all of our enquires with genuine concern. Highly recommend :)

Pros: The Suite itself was very pleasant and as expected. Nice and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the ocean & bayside. Kitchen appliances were a useful addition too.

Cons: Access to the Internet was a problem when we arrived. We eventually had to contact IT. They explained that due to the high number of guests in the hotel, the network was overloaded. However, they did provide us an alternate network to connect to which worked well. One complaint we did have was the hotel being used as a conference center. The hotel seemed to prioritize conference guests over everyone else. Several times during the week, various pool areas were closed for private functions, and restaurants were closed at short notice. The hotel didn't even update RESY so we were given the impression the restaurant was still open, only to arrive and be told it was closed.

Pros: The room was very spacious with a nice view and a covered patio which was great for the day that was rainy. The suite offered more amenities than the standard hotel rooms (keurig, microwave) but we could still use the resort. The owners were also very helpful when we lost a piece of jewelry down the drain and needed a plumber. They could not have been nicer!

Cons: I don’t love the breakfast options at the fountainbleu and found some of the servers in the breakfast restaurant rude. But that is the resort overall. The suite was great!

Pros: Great location, unit was as advertised, nice connection to amenities at the hotel, and the hosts were very attentive.
