Comfortable stay and close to local beach/shops

Pros: The property was close to the beach and shops/restaurants and had a bus stop close to the place. Air con works amazing and the beds comfortable. The property staff were very good with communication and asking any questions they responded immediately.

Cons: Not enough towels for 5 guests or bed sheets but this was resolved straight away. The tap was not fixed to the kitchen properly and a lot of the lights didn’t work and some plug sockets didn’t work but this wasn’t a big deal for us.

Pros: Very good value for the price, clean, nice bathrooms, AC

Cons: The stripping on some windows was bad and it was leaking when it rained and you could hear a lot from outside. Also the equipment of the kitchen was not sufficient (dishes), what was missing the most was any cleaning products, especially for the dishes

Comfortable Stay in a Local Area, But Near Everything SOBE!

Pros: I absolutely loved the staff; the host is very attentive, and the housekeeping ladies are sweet. I love the floral arrangements around the gardens and courtyard. The room was very comfortable. The location is excellent.

Cons: It took a bit for us to check in and for the room to be ready due to unforeseen circumstances, but our room didn't get toilet paper, So I just walked to the store and purchased some toilet paper. Simple Fix.

Great location for the art deco area.

Pros: Wonderful apartment for Miami and extremely close to the art deco district. Bonus was a supermarket two blocks away. It didn't look much from the outside, but inside was quite impressive. Also good to get parking on the property.

Cons: A bit of a complicated process to get into the property. It all seemed to be done remotely, over the phone. Took us a while to get codes correct. But those assisting on the phone were very helpful

Great location, great host

Pros: The apartment is walking distance to the beach. You have a lot of groceries stores just around the corner, less than 5mins walking. It was clean and the host was super nice and helpful. We could leave our luggage there after check-out, which was also very helpful. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to Miami!

Pros: Perfect location, right next to grocery store and the beach was like 8 minutes away on foot? Loved Roberto, very helpful and kind, always around at very early hours. Definitely would love to visit again.

Cons: We were a little confused by the laundry, but that got fixed.

Pros: excellent location, great air conditioning, full kitchen with utilities provided, beach chair & towels provided, private, quiet neighborhood, easily accessible, manager very helpful and responded quickly to all queries ahead of arrival, check in and check out made very simple

Cons: didn’t specify coffee machine (espresso, not general coffee machine) couldn’t get window to open

Pros: Very good apartments. Clean and comfortable. The apartments are located close to the beach and the main streets of Miami Beach, while the surroundings are very quiet and calm. Everything is within walking distance. Has its own parking. Everything corresponds to the description and photos.
