Great apartment

Pros: Lovely modern apartment. All amenities provided to help get settled in - appreciated the coffee and washing products. Great complex - friendly staff, nice pools, convenient beach access and location to shops etc.

Cons: Sofa bed was not comfortable enough - as the apartment is meant to sleep 5, I don’t think 2 adults could share the sofa bed, perhaps 1 and 1 on the single futon bed. We managed as 2 adults and 2 kids.

Super nice apartment! Recommended.

Pros: Super nice place, spacious apartment, really nice kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. Nice pools and next to the beach. Free valet parking. Clean, light, super nice. Supermarket close by.

Cons: The location is a bit boring, you need a car. Folding bed in the living room is not super.

Awesome place! Worth every cent

Pros: It’s been CLEAN! Which is super for the USA. It has awesome location and one step to the beach (towels and beach chairs included), parking for the car included. It provides convenient stay for the family of 4!

Pros: Very nice place directly on the beach, with amazing view to the both sides! The beach was great, the two pools and a hot tub too. Free valet parking with very helpful staff. Close to Publix grocery store and restaurants. There is no better location in Miami Beach!

Cons: The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for two people, it was very small with a very thin mattress. Only one lift from three was working, so the waiting time was very long. The bedding, although washed, had some stains.
