Pros: We had a great stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it. The apartment is in an excellent location — extremely central and vibrant. It is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, and it is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The area is very lively, and everything is within walking distance: the beach, promenade, restaurants, bars, and shops are all just a few minutes away.

Cons: One of the positives is also a drawback: because the apartment is located in such a busy area, there is a lot of nightlife. Unfortunately, the windows are not well soundproofed, so street noise and music can be clearly heard in the bedrooms. Additionally, since we stayed during a peak holiday period, parking was quite challenging. Nearby parking garages were completely full, and we had to park farther away at a very high cost due to the holiday season.

Clean bright apartment located right by on the beach and in the centre of the buzz of South Beach.

Pros: The property was well located, clean, of a really good size and everything we needed for our stay in Miami.

Cons: The shower in the main bathroom was ok, getting in and out was a challenge due to its design. The air con was also faulty, however was fixed 24 hours after reporting it.

We felt like home

Pros: The location was very good, even though we went early, we were provided a place to put our bags, the attendant did his best to ensure our early check-in, we really liked the discount and free cocktail at the restaurant downstairs, there was everything we needed for the beach. We would love to stay here again and have recommended it to our friends 😊

Cons: One bathroom was very unusable, I hope it will be made more usable, there were very few toiletries for 5 days and the refrigerator was working very loudly…

Excellent Apartment

Pros: This was a superb modern apartment right in the middle of South Beach bars and restaurants and a stones throw from the Beach. Perfect for 2 couples. The pictures are exactly what you get. Excellent facilities and very comfy beds. Staff were always on hand if needed. Good security going in and out. Would definitely recommend

Cons: It does get a little noisy but you'd expect that from a central location. Miami is very noisy! Relaxed during the day, very lively at night Couldn't find a lockbox in the Apartment There were some beach seats and parasols available in the apartment but the parasols were broken - discovered after we had carried them to the beach

A wonderful short break

Pros: Excellent well equipped apartment with two bedrooms and attentive concierge service in a great location close to beach front.

Cons: Nothing untoward with the apartment but unfortunately our visit coincided with Hurricane Helene,

Amazing location!

Pros: The location was amazing! Bang on Ocean front and such a happening place! It was walking distance to a lot of other exciting sites, food, drinks, shopping - all available nearby.

Propre, accueillant, bien placé

Pros: Très bien placé, pas bruyant malgré la proximité de restaurants.

Cons: Rdc pas indiqué, ou alors je ne l'avais pas vu. Petite préférence pour être en étage.

Prachtige locatie, vriendelijk personeel, bed wat minder

Pros: Midden op Ocean Drive, met 10 stappen sta je op het strand. Schoon en net appartement, grote wasmachine en droger. Strandlakens , strandstoelen en koelbox aanwezig. Korting bij het restaurant dat onder de accommodatie zit. Heerlijke sfeer in de avond op Ocean Drive; dit hoor je in het appartement wel, maar we hebben er niet wakker van gelegen.

Cons: Het bed kraakte enorm, bij elke beweging die we maakten. En meer keukengerei (potten/pannen) was handig geweest. Eén van de badkamers heeft een bad/douche met érg hoge instap.

Pros: Super cómodo y excelente ubicación para lo que nosotros pretendemos

Cons: Quizás aislar un poco las ventanas para escuchar menos el ruido exterior

I enjoyed the location and layout of this property.

Pros: The location was excellent, right on the edge of a pedestrian-only section and adjacent to the long trail/walkway that runs along the beach. We found everything we wanted or needed within walking distance. We were amazed how quiet the apartment was considering the adjacent bustle.

Cons: There was no TV available for the first half of our stay and the kitchen stove was a bit confusing to operate without a manual. I used the murphy bed which was comfortable but came with the usual peril of bruising from sharp corners and toe-stubbing from the supports. I used chairs to barricade off this section of bed and that ended the leg damage.
