Beautiful Apartment Steps Away from the Beach

we had a lovely stay.

Pros: Great apartment with everything needed for cooking. The balcony offers a beautiful view, and the reception staff were very friendly. The apartment is spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, and we barely heard any noise from the neighbors or the street. It’s also conveniently located—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and ocean. The property has a pool with warm water, which was a nice addition. The building itself is very convenient as it has a gym, a mini-market, and a café on the ground floor, so there was no need to drive anywhere for essentials. Additionally, the included parking space was very handy. The owner was very responsive and polite.

Cons: A few things could be improved: some of the kitchenware was a bit old and scratched. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and it would be great if the bedroom window could open.

Pros: All was perfect!! Communication with the owner was clear and precise at all times.

Cons: The apartment did not have a view of the sea. Access to the balcony was limited due to repairs, but the owner explained the reason perfectly.

Everything is great

Pros: Everything is great, very close to the beach. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Quiet and cozy, it was a wonderful family vacation.

Cons: The supermarket is a little far from the apartments. It takes about 15-20 minutes to go there, and back we took a taxi for 6-7 dollars.

Pros: Die Räume haben eine schöne Grösse, die Küche ist toll. Die Lage ist schön nah am Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr hoch oben, das ermöglicht einen schönen Ausblick

Cons: Leider waren die Badges nicht in der Wohnung, wie versprochen. Die Betten haben uns gar nicht gefallen. Entweder waren sie durchgelegen und viel zu weich, oder bretthart. Keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer

Pros: Excelente ubicación, cruzando la calle ya estás en la playa, cercanía a shoppings y comercios.

Cons: Podría tener un escurridor de platos nada más

Pros: Ubicación Excelente Con piscina, tienda de conveniencia, gym y departamento muy equipado con sillas, sombrilla de playa Tuvimos un problema con la clave de entrada y fue solucionado muy rápido Además al frente de un parque para niños Excelente para una familia

Pros: Apartamento aconchegante, próximo à praia, com estacionamento e boa estrutura do condomínio.

Cons: As louças e panelas estão velhas, com itens incompletos e não muito limpos, com xícaras manchadas e panelas riscadas.

Pros: Świetny obiekt w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji. Blisko do pięknej plaży. Fajny basen w obiekcie. Zamknięty parking i bliskie usytuowanie do trasy. Idealne miejsce aby zwiedzać Miami i okolice, albo odpocząć na pięknej plaży.

Pros: Simpatia dos funcionários da recepção. Ótimas instalações. Apartamento completo e excelente para quem viaja com filhos e família. O acesso à praia é ótimo, super perto.

Cons: A limpeza estava ok, mas pode-se melhorar alguns detalhes, por exemplo: Banheiros e cozinha.

Pros: Közel volt a part, a szálláshely biztosított napozó széket és ernyőt. A bérleményhez tartozott medence, és ingyen parkolóhely. A szállásadó hozzáállása kiváló. 😊

Cons: Ilyen nem volt. Annyi talán, hogy az erkélyről sajnos nem látszott az óceán, mert a fák pont eltakarják.
