Pros: massage bed and chair comfortable bed and pillows, TV in the room fast Wi-Fi Netflix prime, etc another TV in the lounge good kitchen with all the cutlery

Cons: everything except location

Great stay and for me very confortable

Pros: The house was in perfect condition and the host was very helpful with amazon deliveries..!!

Cons: night lamp in bedroom however that was easy to remove which i did so no issues there

For me and MY standard of living and expectations, a very convenient home away from home.

Pros: If your travels take you to the Sunny Isles, North Miami Beach, Aventura vicinity, you cannot go wrong with Harmonious Suite (Pearl (#3). This is the second time I've used it and since I don't expect luxury beyond what I have in my own home, I'm not disappointed. I am not looking to be pampered or impressed, I just don't want to lack any creature comforts. The property is a very comfortable 1-bedroom apartment with a very comfortable queen bed (vibrating), a flat panel TV in both bedroom and living room a very adequately appointed kitchen should you wish to use it. The bathroom is small, but very functional and clean (as is the entire property). It is situated in a typical older, middle class North Miami neighborhood, but very quiet, safe and private and offering convenient adjacent on street parking. I've used it twice and would use it again. The photos adequately represent the property as is. No complaints, no disappointments.

Cons: Some small items could use a review and repair of adjustment by a handyman, but absolutely nothing that wasn't but a minor detail

Hidden gem. Less than 1 mile from numerous restaurants and stores. Luxury Hotel room in a cottage/small home setting

Pros: Small but great layout, super efficient. The owners were very detail oriented (down to labeling the AC remote controller)

Pros: The place was just what I needed. Fridge, microwave, bed, toilet, shower. Had a TV if I needed, AC unit available though it was nice enough outside that I just opened the windows. Ceiling fan and dimming lights was a plus. Chairs were a nice option, but I just used them for my luggage. When the door code stopped working toward the end of my stay, I was able to use the key in the lock box as a backup.

Cons: My shoulders are a little too wide for the tiny bathroom and shower. Hands were too big for the tiny bathroom sink, so I just used the kitchen sink. Parking is a little tight.

I experienced good communication with host and enjoyed the furnishings.

Pros: It was super clean, had cute furnishings and was comfortable. Nice new kitchen and bath. Big screen TV.

Cons: Looked a bit worn on outside. No hair dryer.

Pros: Excelente todo esta muy limpio y tal cual como en la foto

Cons: No existe estacionamiento privado y había algo de humedad

Pros: Ingreso por clave sin utilizar llave. Hermosa decoracion. El baño es amplio y luminoso. Calefaccion y aire acondicionado mediante venticacion por el piso.

Cons: Se cortó internet durante todo un dia entero.
