Excelente lugar!!

If you want to feel like you're living in luxury and like a rich person, this is the place for you.
Pros: The property was exactly as the pictures looked. Very clean, modern, and comfortable. The property has rooftop pool with a bar, and a ground level pool. They also have a gym, theatre, and a restaurant right outside the property called Casa Playa. The views were amazing, and it's just one street down from the beach and the A1A. These are apartments, so that means so no maid service, which means a peaceful stay! The apartment itself has everything you need, and they even have a bunch of beach stuff in the closet for you to use, including 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, boogie boards and more. I stayed here for 9 nights with my Grandma. The only thing I would recommend for the property is to add some type of handle/bar in the shower for older people, cause the shower was very slippery so I made her lay a towel down just to be safe and not slip. People under 50 and those who have a good balance shouldn't worry though. I would 10/10 stay here again!
Cons: Was hard to find at first. The building itself is called The Tiffany House, but there are no signs anywhere saying that. Went into 2 different buildings, and had to ask locals before I found it. They also only valet here, and it's outrageous at $35 a night. No need for that when the apartments are listed for sale at a minimum of $720,000, or if you rent it, pay over $200 a day. Make it $15 a night. Especially with how close I seen they were parking the cars. I valet'd the first night, but parked on the street the rest of the time. They also tried to charge me the whole 9 nights for valet right away. I was not doing that. Charge people by the day as it comes. Street parking is slim, but if you're smart enough, you'll find a place close enough that doesn't require you to pay.
