Nicely furnished apartment

Pros: Spacious with good facilities. Had problems with a window and someone came out straight away to sort it. Good Wi-Fi connection. Good air conditioning. Nicely decorated

Cons: Walls thin between next property so could hear their conversation clearly. Only 1 hand towel provided. Thin blinds on bedroom window that let in all the light. Having to sort out the rubbish ourselves when we left

Pros: Easy self check-in - all you need for your stay ; very clean

Pros: Fabulous comfortable spacious home from home. I was solo female traveller with no car and there was a large supermarket 10mins walk away and the yacht club and bar had a fabulous atmosphere and food just 10 mins away. It was a long way from the centre and the beach but I got a bus pass and could easily get in and out in a 20 minute ride on the number 6 bus. Also got a water taxi pass so could get around on the water taxis easily too. It worked very well for me but wouldn't suit if you wanted to be in the centre.

Cons: Nothing.

Nice and quiet location, comfortable within a stylish communal garden.

Pros: I got instructions for the key pad and code the morning we were arriving. The place is in a quiet location, out of the way in a residential district. We had a rental car, which you would need if you staying here. Facilities, although communal, were very good.

Cons: You can't control the air con as it is on a central air con system controlled elsewhere. The room was very cold and we would have liked to have adjusted that.

So comfy and welcoming

Pros: Beautifully finished unit, comfy bed w lovely linens. Easy to check in, very quiet location. Owner was kind and hospitable, ensured we had everything we needed after a very long day at FLL waiting for our luggage to land

Cons: Nothing! We would love to stay again, w a rental car so we can explore

Pros: Great location to the cruise ship port! Quiet, exceptionally clean and the host was great to deal with.

Just what we needed for an overnight before a cruise.

Pros: Location was convenient to the airport and port. We were able to walk to decent restaurants without feeling threatened.

Cons: No tissues in the unit or usable coffee service.

Pros: The location was perfect. Near the airport, casino and Hard Rock Stadium. Plenty of amenities, charming decor, clean and new.

Cons: The casita had an adjoining bedroom that belonged to some other renter but you could hear everything. It was a little uneasy at first but we got used to it.

Convenient and well equipped apartment, but with limited privacy

Pros: Well equipped apartment, with free on-street parking. The laundry services available at the property were convenient. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Location and property appeared to be safe.

Cons: There is a standard door that connects to another apartment, just next to the bedroom, through which you can hear basically everything - from sneezing to full conversations. It is really incredible that they decided to design the apartments this way. You can even see the light turned on in the other apartment through a crack on top of this door. They should really wall this up or put a double door like in hotels. In any case, I felt my privacy was limited. In addition, it appears that the shower floor foundation was washed off or something, making it very unstable and dangerous. I weigh around 80 kg and felt the plastic shower flooring was going to break at any moment due to the holes underneath this flooring. Also, the room has a big closet but only one hanger. And one last important thing: the property managers force you to sign an off-Booking rental agreement and to send your ID to a random phone number... Considering this property is managed by an offshore company, this is a red flag. The property would be a 10/10 if it weren't for these things.

Pros: It was a very clean and comfortable space in a quiet neighborhood! Everything I needed was already provided in the unit.
