Pros: All was nice. Communication with host was fast and effective. Property's location is good. Close to groceries and some coffee shops and 10-15 mins drive away from main attractions. All furnitures, tools etc were working properly. We had all we need and they were all clean.

Great Waterside retreat! Made me love Ft. Lauderdale even more than I already did.

Pros: Location was great! It was a very comfortable place and I'd be happy to stay everytime I'm in Miami.

Cons: I smelled the stench someone mentioned. Nothing the homeowner/host can do about that. Think it might be sewer gas maybe. It lasted maybe 15 mins tops when I noticed it. THAT WOULD NEVER PREVENT ME FROM BOOKING AGAIN! And I stayed there for 2-weeks.
