Pros: A great place to stay, fully equipped and conveniently located close to shops and restaurants

Cons: The only minor drawback was that the neighbors were occasionally somewhat loud.

Very satisfied.

Pros: Clean rooms, great location, convenient to go to anywhere.

Cons: Nothing.

Maison confortable, spacieuse et calme. Nothing fancy, but does the job quite well

Pros: Logement très fonctionnel, 3 vraies chambres, 2 salles de bain. Parking clos. Facile d'accès et proches des commodités (supermarché, plage). Communication claire et précise avec le propriétaire pour l'arrivée et le départ.

Cons: Il manque un lave-linge et quelques fournitures pour la cuisine (des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, des torchons, du café). La télévision ne fonctionnait pas très bien.

Comfortable house, clean, good location.

Pros: Home was pretty clean and had most things you need(too many air fresheners) Good location close to Gulfstream Park and other things. Neighborhood felt safe during the day. Was an ant issue in one of the bathrooms that is likely an easy fix.

Good, basic stay for one night.

Pros: The home was basic, clean and simple. Instructions for entering the home were clear and easy. Our group of 4 needed a one night stay before our cruise and this was perfect. We were dropped off and then picked up by Uber so I can't really speak to how good the location was, as we didn't walk or drive the area ourselves. Overall I would stay here again

Cons: Each bathroom only had 1 bath towel but after a little hunting we found 1 more towel in each bedroom closet. We noticed a handful of tiny ants in the bathtub of guest bath but the issue was minimal and did not really effect our stay.

Great option for a family in vacation in Miami! We'll return for sure

Pros: The house is perfect for a family like us (2 chd +baby) There are everything you need and in perfect condition. Easy check in and check out

Cons: Some big red ants were in first bathroom they seemed to be coming through the closed window . Also plants at front of house were overgrown making it difficult to get to car Needed a chair/stool in first room by dresser Had 3 packages disappear after Amazon delivery showed they were placed by front door
