Nice spatious house in a quiet neighbourhood

Pros: Nice house in the northern part of Miami. Rooms are big for European standards. Living room and Kitchen are huge together! Pool was heated which was great for the kids in our group. Really liked the neighborhood which was relatively quiet especially at night. Close to the Aventura mall which is worth a visit. House has most important amenities. Airconditioning is working well. Apart from a few things we had a great time here. Would really recommend!

Cons: Cleaning could have been a bit better. It wasn't terrible but the floor and the kitchen area could have been cleaner. We mopped the floor ourselfs. Also some things need to be renovated or replaced (refrigerator doors, couch, some damage to walls, doors and bathroom ceiling).

Nice house, but not very comfortable

Pros: Good stay, pool is nice and big windows, drive way is amazing, house is nice, but furniture is not the best, beds are not very comfortables.

Cons: Only 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms, very inconvenient, 6 people had to share one bathroom.
