Best location to stay in Miami

Pros: This is a regular stay for us, as we visit every year and always stay at the same property. The apartment is getting a little tired but it is still very clean and comfortable so no complaints. The location is great and you have an amazing view from the balcony. We love staying here and will definitely be back.

Excellent apartment in the best hotel and location at Coconut Grove

Pros: Location, pool, beds, having a small Kitchen at the apartament and the garage available right next to the building.

Cons: The shower is old, needs to be renewed, but it is acceptable. Not sure if everyone would be able to open, close and manage the temperature correctly.

Excellent apartment in great location

Pros: Clean, bright and well equipped with a fabulous view from the balcony

Cons: We had a couple of minor issues but the owners communicated really well and we had a fantastic stay.

Apartment with a nice view

Pros: nice view from the balcony, room equipment, quiet neighborhood, quick contact with the owners

Cons: The apartment could use some renovation - the door is very hard to open and a few other things in the bathroom

It’s a great unit, with beautiful bay views located in a great city

Pros: Reception attention, cleanliness, unit in impecable state, just perfect

Pros: Hosts were great communicators, hotel staff was great and the location was unbeatable.

Pros: Prime location in Coconut Grove. Lots of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Beautiful view of the sunrise over the bay. Would stay here again!

Cons: It is close to a university. You'll be interacting with some rowdy college students during the evening hours on weekends, however, this did not take away from our overall stay. Just something for families to be mindful of.

Pros: The view was great from the balcony and the whole space was well appointed and comfortable

Cons: The only problem we had was it was hard to tell that it was actually part of the hotel from the directions and the GPS once we went around the block once we found that in some of the info but it wasn't a big deal.

Pros: Tout : emplacement, confort, literie, équipement, idéal pour une famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
