Convenient location

Pros: This studio unit was close to public transport, including the Collins Express trolley and a CitiBike station, and was reasonably priced for this time of year. The unit was a little further from South Beach than I anticipated but was still convenient because of the public transport stops.

Cons: The staff I engaged with at the security desk to check in and with the convenience stores in the building made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them. The food and beverages available at the convenience stores are overpriced. The finishes on the studio require some work, including paint and plaster work which have been obviously patched in places and a dirty iron. There was also a couple of generators directly below the room so opening the windows for fresh air meant putting up with that noise.

Muy buena estancia

Pros: La ubicación, la salida directa a la playa y el estado del departamento en general.

Cons: Las demoras de los valet parking para dejar o retirar el auto y en la bañera/ducha debería haber una jabonera y/o un estante para dejar el jabón, shampoo, y esas cosas.

Pros: La ubicación. El tamaño y comodidad de la cocina. El papel higiénico era de lujo.

Cons: El lavamanos estaba obstruido.

Cumplió con nuestra expectativa

Pros: Fue una buena experiencia. Las instalaciones estaban prolijas y aseadas aunque un poco antiguas. Lugar sencillo pero confortable.
