Pros: it was nice and peaceful with lovely scenery. the host was very helpful and polite

Comfortable. On budget. For romantic dates and business trips.

Pros: Inexpensive accommodation by South Florida standards. It is convenient to park the car at the entrance on a concrete area, and not on the lawn under palm trees and coconuts. There is a kitchen with everything you need to prepare breakfast and dinner.

Cons: It was hot. This is Florida. There is a swimming pool in the yard. I wanted to take a dip, but the door to the courtyard was blocked. Perhaps, of course, it could have been broken somehow, but I did not do this, although there was an emergency exit sign above the exit.

Great value for money. Great very helpful host.

Pros: Easy to get to by car. Not far from the beach, clean, air con working well. Communication with the owner made check in and checkout really pleasant and easy

Cons: Squeaky beds, extra charge for using the garden, bathroom needs to be cleaned more often when all 3 rooms occupied.

You get really much for your money here!

Pros: Everything looked exactly like on the photos, everything was really clean and all furniture was high quality. The host and the cleaning person were extremely friendly. Everything in the house and the kitchen was for use and only a laundromat/dryer was missing in the whole house (you should know that for long time stays).

Cons: The Pool is 20$ extra (what is still a very very low price for this area) but I didn´t need it because there were so many great beaches. I stayed there for 9 nights, 2 nights I was alone at the house (amazing!), 2 nights I had arguments at night with very young people with a loud car and even louder loughing all the time, 5 nights there were really really nice and considerate other guests. As a pedastrian you have to walk 10-20 minutes from a train station which trains are not often and sometimes with heavy delays but once again: for the Miami Area the price ist not to beat! Oh and one last thing: the bathtub is wonderful but there isn´t a plug (I asked the cleaning person). I had a bath one evening I was home alone using a drinking glass but the people would waste less water with a bathtub plug :-)

Pros: Large room good furniture and sheets where nice quality. Kitchen was stocked with pans and equipment.The house was quite and the temperature was pretty good.

Cons: Cheap toilet paper, spend a couple bucks more it makes a world of difference.

Pros: J'ai un billet pour mon anniversaire et c'est ma femme qui ma offert ce billet. J'ai passé un bon moment là-bas. L'endroit est calme et très propre.. Une seule chose il faut qu'il pense a ouvrir les fenêtres quand vous êtes restés longtemps dans la chambre sans sortir. Merci ma chérie .

Pros: Was clean, nice stay. Easy check in great respond time.
