Shower drain

Pros: The staff was professional. . Great location and all the amenities.

Cons: The room 3118 the shower drain was plugged when you finish showering you have water over your ankle. . I was supposed to be provided with 2 bottles of water and I only got one. But overall it was good.

Pros: Wow, Marie was once again, an absolute pleasure and took care of us during our stay. I don't usually give high praise when filling out these things, but B Ocean deserves the highest marks. Clean, friendly, accommodating, perfectly located, and the BEST view. Did I mention Marie at the front desk? She is top dog (pun intended - thanks for sharing your puppy stories with me), and is so informative, especially for these lost travelers.

Cons: There is only one thing - I wish a pharmacy was close by. I really needed sunscreen!

Beautiful hotel right on the beach, lush food & friendly staff.

Pros: The room was spacious with a good sized bathroom and the ocean view was stunning. We also loved that it was right on the beach and had a Starbucks cafe in the lobby.

Cons: We weren’t advised about the refillable water fountains, which would’ve saved us money on buying bottled water.

Pros: Beach very accessible. Close to restaurants and beachfront, etc.

Cons: No furniture with drawers to put our clothes in. No waste basket in the bathroom.
