Pros: Staff were very kind, breakfast was good. No waiting time at the reception. Hotel is clean and very well organised. Lifts are also very efficient. Rooms were spacious, bright and clean.

Cons: To dine at the hotel, you would need to dine at the lobby unless you opt for room service. The lobby can be a noisy place at times. The food is generally good, however there is room for improvement.

Conveniently located property with very friendly staff

Pros: The bar staff were excellent. The bar food was not bad. The lication was perfect for my wife to shop at Dadeland Mall. Also conveniently located for medical appointments.

Cons: Housekeeping could have been more present but they were very nice. The food was okay, but could have been more flavourful. Front desk could have been more friendly although they were efficient.

A good stay, paying for WIFI is underwhelming. Overall would recommend.

Pros: Friendly staff. Location was good - downtown was 25 minutes away and the airport 15. There is paid valet parking.

Cons: The WIFI should be made to be free to guest.

convenient area for the cruise terminal (about 45$ by Uber) Clean hotel, great swimming area,

Pros: Room was a good size and had recently been refurbished. A light was not working, told reception and within minutes somebody came to fix it. Bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool area was very good, plenty of sunshine as no really high blocks causing a problem. Dadeland Mall was literally a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Nothing, we were there for two days and was completely happy.

Pros: Very nice hotel, beautiful clean, organized, well run. Friendly staff, clean room. Easy check in and out process. Comfortable bedding and linens. Breakfast was delicious, nice sit down area with attentive staff.

Cons: Unfortunately we did order room service which arrived quickly but the food itself was definitely sub par. Nice to get room service, but not worth it if the food isn't good. We had booked a king bed, but they were out so we also ended up in two doubles.

Cons: We requested a room with sofa bed, but our room did not have a sofa bed. The staff was friendly and was able to bring in a roll-away bed

Great service and a reliably good stay

Pros: Staff were excellent, especially the ladies serving at breakfast and Jorge at the front desk. The gym and pool area was sizeable and well equipped. There were several restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: The rooms had a strange layout, only full beds, not queens and no drawers for clothing. Parking is expensive.
