Atrium Hotel

Pros: The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was fine, it was clean and had what i need. The breakfast was good for the price and also they arranged a shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port for a really nice price. So it was a good experience.

Really nice hotel to stay at near the airport. The airport shuttle is the best service

Pros: I liked the services; the staff was really nice and friendly. The airport transport service was very convenient and helpful for making flight connections. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was nice.

Cons: I had trouble paying with my Visa and Mastercard. I had to wait a few minutes in the lounge while trying to solve the issue. The staff asked for a new card to make the payment, but they didn't request the CVV code, so the transaction didn't go through. I eventually had to use another physical debit card after transferring funds between my bank accounts.

Great value and spotlessly clean

Great for a one night stopover

Pros: Great little place if you are only staying one night , very close to airport with a free shuttle service to or from the airport . Plenty of local places to eat especially Toms sports bar about 1/4 mile walk away . Inclusive breakfast included make your own waffles . Only downside was air con in room a little noisy.

Nice clean hotel

Pros: Very nice clean room and hotel lobby. Great helpful customer service from manager

Cons: Too far from the beach and cafes. Some staff at reception were unhelpful. The hotel charged me for one night before I arrived but this had not been agreed beforehand. They did not notify me about this.

Guys, come this hotel and stayed whatever days you want. I was just unlucky for transportation.

Pros: We liked to location, front office worker was focused for her job and was good, room was enough good. After breakfast sit at the garden and drink tea, listen to birds.

Cons: I choosed the hotel for pick up shuttle but It did not come during 2.5 hours between 8 pm and 10.30 pm which hotel shared to us as a shuttle time. I called the number what they shared to me for calling but there was no answer excluding telesecretary. I paid for Uber unfortunately. But facility management team found a solution after that thanks.

Pros: Clean room & hot shower. Also the breakfast which was fine to get you going. Nice internal courtyard

Excellent value for money when you need to stay near Miami Airport

Pros: Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great

Cons: There are no elevators do you will have to carry bags up a flight of stairs but other than that it was great.

3 days in Miami

Pros: My room was basic but adequate for my needs . It was very clean, the bed was super comfy , the shower was excellent and my room had a coffee machine and coffee. I could also get ice to keep my beer and soft drinks cold at no extra cost! The staff were absolutely fantastic especially Danielle, nothing was too much trouble! There was also adequate public transport into town. Also there's plenty of places nearby to eat and drink, the Latino bar across the street was a hoot, also there is a bar diner liquor store two blocks away, where the food was excellent I think it was called Airport liquor store.

Cons: Nothing to report.

Transit travel home to South Africa

Pros: Did help with luggage storage when I had to check out

Cons: My deposit went off twice and it is not reversed yet
