Amazing hotel in ideal location

Pros: The decor, the old fashioned lift. The staff weee exceptional The location is ideal to explore this area with the free trolley around the corner and restaurants just along the road It is also not too far from the airport

Pros: Tasteful. Close to upmarket dining precinct. Dining looked v upmarket but we didn’t try it. Recommend wearing elegant attire. We were casual.

Cons: No parking but parking building right across road. Rooms not spacious but it was quiet and easy to get to airport

Would highly recommend staying there except for their windows

Pros: Clean, beautifully refurbished, mod elegant!! Air conditioning was very good Wonderful central location and amazing Italian restaurant right there!?

Cons: Noise!! They should think about changing all of their windows, the noise from the street was not good😞

A relaxing stay in an historical hotel with charm and friendly staff.

Pros: Historical hotel in great location with easy walking access to what Coral Gables has to offer. The staff were very accommodating and the hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I loved riding in the elevator attended by a staff member to add some living history, and the Zucca restaurant located at the hotel had delicious food.

Cons: In shower, hard to get hot water. The bathroom could be upgraded.

Pros: Good location, near the airport, free trolley to downtown on the corner, clean and quiet, restaurants and some shopping on walking distance, maybe a bit overpriced.

Pros: Excellent location in Coral Gables. Clean , quiet rooms . Friendly, helpful service from Laura on reception. Would definitely return

Charming historical hotel in an excellent location offering true value.

Pros: This historic hotel has old-world charm and a staff that work hard to please. The location is excellent, and enabled me to walk or take the Trolley to the places I wanted to visit. Traveling to my room in the original 1940s elevator with an attendant added too that experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the decor was lovely. The walk-in shower was easy. I liked that the hotel is eco-friendly and everything is environmentally-sustainable. The free coffee and water in the lobby and filtered water in my room were appreciated. I look forward to returning next year!

Cons: I never figured out how to use the tv; every time I turned it on, I would receive instructions in Spanish, but I speak French, so that was useless. The bathroom floor can be slippery because the shower is walk-in without a screen, so I recommend bringing slippers to avoid slipping. The storage unit for clothes was handy with a safety deposit box, but the left door was stuck, so I was limited with what I could put in there.

Great place to stay in Coral Gables.

Pros: Location, ambiance, old-fashioned elevator. Excellent Italian restaurant downstairs.

Cons: Shower. Little hot water and weak shower flow.
