Clean, Friendly, Basic family accommodation

Pros: Excellent location, superbly helpful staff, value for money.

Cons: Check in was painful. An online form for each member of my family, with name, address, date of birth, passport number. The last thing I wanted to do on arrival.

Pros: Thank you to the receptionist, I forgot to get his name. He allowed us to check in early and check out late without extra charge. Our family came from cruise, and we all got really sick. We barely explored Miami Beach because of this. We mostly stayed in our room to sleep and recover. It was a big help for us to be given extended stay, so thank you so much!

Amazing stay, prime location!

Pros: The location was perfect! walking distance to lincoln road, espagnola way, ocean drive and the beach! The staff was helpful and friendly (especially Juan and Emmanuel) Toiletteries were provided We appreciated the coffee in the morning Perfect wifi Litlle rooftop was supernice!

Cons: What could be improved: There was no access to netflix or smart tv (nowadays, it's really appreciated!) There was a small kitchen, but no dishes or ustensils (we brought some food back from the restaurant but had no plates or cutlerie to eat it) The is aircionditionning in the room, but guests don't have control over it (I woke up in the middle of the night to ask them to turn it on, so that was not convienent) Also, after our 3rd day, we have been told that we had complementary chairs at the beach, beach towels and acces to bikes (It would be nice if that information was displayed at check in. Luckily we asked, otherwise nobody would have tell us)

Pros: Ideally located in the Art Deco District. Sleeping mattress was comfortable.

Cons: We had a connecting room. The walls are very thin. We could hear the neighbors as if they were in our room.

Pros: Paul on reception very helpful. Great location, big room.

Pros: Great location of the hotel, really close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and bars on the area. Walkable distance for everything from there and personnel was great, really helpful.

Pros: Great location. Big rooms. Excelent budget option. Perfect for a short stay.

Cons: No soy racista, el recepcionista de color tiene cero intencion de atender bien al pasajero

Value is great. Location and staff are good.

Pros: Breakfast, location and staff were fantastic! Rooms are little outdated, but for the price is very good. 8/10.

Cons: Hair in the shower... happens, dust here and there. Again 8/10
