Quiet and comfortable in a perfect location

Pros: Quiet place in a busy area. The room was well insulated against the environment noise. The room is spacious and well equipped for self catering. The location is perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was OK. The block-out blinds were great to aid in getting a good night's rest.

Cons: It would add much value in convenience if hooks were provided to hang coats and wet towels. If breakfast could include eggs in a different way than just hard boiled it would make the world of difference.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Apartments very spacious and soundproofed rooms, close to the nightlife but on a very quiet and safe street, especially in the evening. Some have large terraces. I appreciated the proximity to the beach and the helpfulness of the entire front desk. My go-to place since 2016.

Great design, very clean and ideal location!

Pros: Great interior design and overall style! The cleanliness of the rooms and the size and design of the rooms and the bathrooms are great! Also the location is ideal in my POV. You are directly on Ocean Drive, but still distant enough from where the noise and masses are!

Cons: The breakfast room is quite small, which during my visit was not an issue because not many people were eating while I was there, but it could be more comfortable. Also, the breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary, still ok.

Pros: Great location minutes from the beach with good restaurants close by. Big rooms. Friendly staff. Good value

Great location and good value compared to others nearby.

Pros: First of all great location. Close enough to all the action on Ocean and the beach (5 mins walk)) but far away to avoid all the traffic and noise. Rooms were large and well-equipped. Ours had a great kitchen too. Mini markert a few doors down and a a great resturant next door.

Cons: Not much at fault. The only improvement I can think of is offer greater variety at breakfast but I understand the kitchen is small and limited in what it can do.

Perfect location

Pros: Excellent location. Spacious room comfortable beds. Adorable breakfast area with a continental breakfast. (Maybe even better) lovely stay overall. Parking is 35 in the lot or valet with them for 42.00 it’s Miami what can you say?

Cons: It’s an old building so you expect it to be quirky. Some fixtures in the bathroom were loose and the toilet takes a while to fill up. Nothing dramatic.

Good accommodation close to the beach

Pros: Clean spacious room with well equipped kitchenette and good included breakfast. Fantastic location in South Beach, just steps from Ocean Drive and the beach.

Cons: Poor quality pillows and bathroom plumbing in need of descaling.

Great week in South Beach

Pros: Nice room, spacious, comfy bed, great area to stay South of 5th, very close to the beach, mini market and food options nearby. Hotel stuff attended all requests quickly and effectively. It has all you need for a comfortable stay close to the action but away from the noises.

Cons: Breakfast basic but pretty ok if you have all ingredients available. 1 egg per person, ham, cheese, 1 croissant, bread, 2 serials choices. First day, first impression was negative, had no eggs nor cheese available at 09.30 (08.00-10.00) which made us raise complaints and visit just half the times (the other 2 were actually complete and ok). Shower has NO option of telephone shower (important esp for ladies), it was mentioned on the site so not a complaint, rather area for future improvement.

Pros: location, it is close to everything. The breakfast - this year was slightly changed, but still wonderful. The people working there are very polite and helpful, free beach towels, and the internet speed is very good
