Very enjoyable vacation! Great location and value

Pros: Everything was amazing From the valet parking to the front desk, that was very helpful Breakfast was great We also enjoyed so much the jetboat! It was really so much fun for the kids Location is great near kosher food and shuls We loved that there’s also a Shul in the hotel Can’t wait to be back again The kids also enjoyed the pool very much.

Amazing hotel with warm service and a killer breakfast – would totally stay again!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind – they really made us feel welcome. And the breakfast? Just wow. So tasty and full of great options to start the day right.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was spot on.

Cons: I asked a charger or an adapter for my phone, but the staff was not helpful. They are asking 50dollar per hour for late check out, which sounds really exaggerated.

A great option in Surfside with modern rooms that can accommodate your Sabbath needs

Pros: On the whole a great hotel. We did move rooms because of noise in the first room on arrival and then requested to move to another through a very accommodating staff member. The breakfasts were excellent. We enjoyed the pool area. We liked that the hotel was perfect in accommodating Sabbath. We enjoyed the beach where the hotel offers a shuttle.

Cons: Sometimes the queue for breakfast

Great Value, Well Appointed Hotel, in Good Location

Pros: Hotel in a great location, oversized well appointed rooms with magnificent views over the bay, leisure facilities were amazing, beach shuttle was great, and of course, what an exceptional breakfast buffet

Cons: Rooms could have been cleaned better on daily basis

Cons: shower took a bit of time to get warm but once it was warm was lovely and hot.

Pros: A compact hotel, located a 15 min walk from Harding Avenue. Staff were lovely and helpful arranging jetskis from the hotel. Great atmosphere over shabbos.

Cons: A hot 15 min walk to the seafront.

Pros: The service was fantastic I took my toddler and they had swim floats and toys .it was amazing Love the breakfast and always water bottles during day and night . Beach shuttle was fantastic service Def would stay again
