Pros: The grounds were outstanding with a large atrium filled with palm trees, picnic tables and a warm large pool..loved it

Pros: Confortable room and very clean. The pool area was great.

Cons: All good. I would come back and recomend for sure.

Accommodation before cruise

Pros: Pleasant, quick welcome. Answering our questions about parking, they answered with a smile and a desire to help.

Cons: We were with a lot of luggage and it was a bit difficult to carry everything to the 2nd floor, there is no elevator

very affordable compared to properties closed to Miami/South beach area

Pros: We stayed one night before our cruise and the hotel was perfectly located close to the Harbour and in walking distance of Hollywood shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the large pool was ideal for us to use before boarding our cruise.

Pros: A szállás elhelyezkedése jó, a parkolás ingyenes. Az alsó szinten lévő szobák eléggé dohosak, ha tudsz kérj emeletit. Ami pozitív, hogy az ablakok nyithatóak és a fürdőben is van egy kis ablak. Könnyen elérhető minden, Hollywood Beach10 perc kocsival. Publix a következő utcaban, akár gyalog is könnyen elérhető.

A very pleasant stay. The staffer (whose name I have forgotten) was extremely empathetic to our need

Pros: We were concerned about parking our car in a location adjacent to houses, but we encountered no problems. When we arrived, there were three police cars with lights on just outside the office; hotel staff told us not to park in that area. The door handle did not work on our first room, so the staff quickly moved us to another room.

Cons: There was no freezer in the room.

Pros: Only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room. Would have been greatly appreciated.
