Pros: I think that for the price, it’s a very good option. It has a very good location. It doesn’t offer food services, but there are many places nearby.

Cons: The Building is a bit old and not very well maintained, but it’s not too bad.”

Pros: Location was great, staff friendly and amenities available. Room could do with a bit of a refresh but otherwise was comfortable.

Pros: Ideal location ; Receptive Staff ( Ms Juliana & Team Members Male & Female) The Manager listened Effectively & responded to the few concerns in The Room and actioned promptly ; Leading by Example

Cons: A Couch 🛋 can be placed in the Room ; Two Bottles of Water can be provided in the Room as some of us Travel extensively before Our Arrival ; A Tea Plate upon Arrival for the First Day ; A Cheese Sandwich , A Pastry & A Fruit Orange Or Banana Again , this would be welcomed to keep you until Dinner given the Check in time of 3pm A Few more Sports Channels ( I Imagine ur Provider would determine that )

Great location and if you are looking for a clean no-frills inn with reasonable price, this is it.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. Only a block from the Metrorail station, police station, and hospitals. Walking distance to restaurants, and Mall is very close to the inn and can get there by train.

Cons: There was no view from the room I had this time. Only the wall from another building. I also think that if the rate is going to increase as it has been lately, then at least breakfast should be provided. No meal is provided.

Pros: Hotelli 2min kävelyn päässä Metroasemasta, edullinen ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Cons: Huoneen lattiaa ei siivottu ja huoneet olivat vähän nuhjuisen näköisiä, olisi mahdollisuus baariin ja aamupalaan mutta tätä ei hyödynnetä. Hotellista saisi vielä korkeampi tasoisen panostamalla vähän pieniin asioihin.

One cannot get a better price in Miami for the location.

Pros: Whenever I am there I have a lot of work to do and need it to be quiet, and when I am done with work I really need to rest, so I really appreciate the quiet (most of the time).

Cons: I never know if I am coming back to a room where the trash is still the same as I have left it. I dont think housekeeping is done on a daily basis. However, I do believe it varies from floor to floor.
