Good quality, good for short term stay

Pros: Room was comfortable and position was just what we needed.

Cons: Breakfast area was cramped and understaffed. Quality was good but far from excellent.

Ok row when your passing through after a long flight and just need sleep

Pros: Comfortable bed . Quiet . Ok for a night passing through

Cons: No tea facilities, very very minimal coffee facilities. No bottled water. The sigh for $10 parking is not in the car park but on the floor behind reception !

Great hotel and location, would stay again.

Pros: The facilities in the hotel were great for a stop over. The rooms were basic but clean. The pool was heated and the hot tub was great.

Cons: Only included breakfast for 2 when booked as a family of 4.

Pros: The staff treated us really well, all of them were very kind. It's a very comfortable place where I stay when I come to visit my daughter and I really love it.

Pros: Very nice and helpful staff, big room, big comfortable beds, there was no problem with late check-out

Cons: the room is poorly soundproofed and you can hear all the sounds from the corridor, air conditioning on the ground, blowing air directly at the bed, you can easily catch a cold

Hotel was handy—worked well for access to airport and cruise port.

Pros: Good location. Shuttle driver Robyn was fantastic and other staff were very helpful. Nice outdoor pool with lounging area.

Cons: This was obviously an older building that was in the process of (or had been) refurbished. Room furnishings were unmatched holdovers. Bed was very comfortable with clean white linens and great pillows.

Would stay again, if in transit between airports.

Pros: Hotel is immediately to the left as you exit the Tri Rail (Sheraton station) and there is a pedestrian crossing to cross the very busy road. Train runs every hour during work hours, not so for evenings and weekends. Very affordable, train takes you right to Miami airport. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Cons: Had some trouble booking a shuttle from Fort Lauderdale airport to the hotel, as I did not have a phone and they did not respond to messaging through booking.com. Thankfully the driver did take me, despite not reserving it in advance. Uber needed if you wanted to get to the beach or sites (more than 1 hour walk). Busy traffic in area makes walking not very enjoyable.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff needs to be a little more co-operative.

Pros: Location of the hotel is good. It's clean and good value of money.

Cons: Breakfast serving is slow.

The Hotel is clean, friendly and located half way between the airport (FFL) and the cruise dock.

Pros: Excellent and the two ladies serving that day were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons: Keeping the pool open until 23:00 hours would be nice for late arriving guests.

The fantastic staff made all the difference. So they score high.

Pros: The staff was outstanding at the desk and the restaurant food was great all homemade food. The waitress was friendly and efficient.

Cons: Just a bit dated. The wait for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was long. In their defence the traffic was heavy.
