This home is incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Carlos was attentive and always responded promptl

Pros: Our experience at Carlos’ home was excellent. The property is in a wonderful location and close to restaurants, publics supermarket, and Las Olas. The home was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like a personalized welcome basket waiting for us on arrival.

Cons: The only minor concern was with the noise ordinance system. We occasionally received texts when there didn’t seem to be any excessive noise—for example, while away from the house on a rainy day, or when the kids were simply playing in the pool at 6 PM. It gave us the impression we needed to be extra cautious outdoors, so the sensor may need some adjustment.
