Pros: We had an excellent vacation here. The room was very spacious, newly renovated, with plenty of modern accessories to make your life easy. One of the best features was the proximity to the beach, which was easily accessible. The area is mainly residential, so the beach was very private and it felt amazing watching the sunrise all alone, felt like having a private beach. There is also an area of lush vegetation that gives a particular serene feeling.

Buen lugar para relajarse
Pros: Da la idea de que Es un hotel renovado y les ha quedado muy bonito. La TV es muy grande y la habitación tiene muy buen tamaño. Limpio. A unos pasos de una playa vacía.
Cons: Es lejos de Miami (tiendas, restaurantes y del aeropuerto de Miami. El precio es elevado pero si lo usaría de nuevo en temporada baja.

Pros: Todo estaba nuevo , impecable . Nos dieron cuna y sillita de comer de bebé todo nuevo . La ubicación es ideal , a media cuadra de la playa. Es una playa muy tranquila sin edificios ni gente . No sé si es la más linda porque justo en mi estadía había algas pero estaba muy bien . Tenía cocina muy completa y todo muy limpio y nuevo. Solo le agregaría un microhondas para calentar un café por ejemplo o una comida . Tiene una airfrier muy completa Es sencillo, tranquilo, podes dejar el auto en la puerta.
Cons: Sería bueno que agreguen cambio de toallas, con la humedad no se seca nada y en 5 días 5 personas necesitamos cambiar las toallas, igualmente las pedís y te las dan . No tengo nada para decir negativo.

Pros: + 50m zum schönen Strand mit klarem Wasser + Sonnenschirm und Stühle vorhanden + Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck + kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft + sehr sauber + bequemes Bett + schneller Kontakt bei Fragen via Whatsapp mit dem Vermieter + Late Check Out um 12 Uhr möglich
Cons: - keine Waschmaschine und keine zusätzlichen frischen Handtücher (uns hat es gerade so gereicht) - Außenanlage könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Wir hatten keine Sessel neben dem Eingang und mussten die für die Allgemeinheit nutzen, welche voller Laub waren. Auf dem Tisch standen noch benutzte Gläser von anderen Gästen. - Tipp: ein Schrank für die Putzgeräte und Strandutensilien, damit es aufgeräumter aussieht.

Modern just renovated apartment in one of the best locations. Highly recommended
Pros: Beachside studio is new on booking.com, just renovated, very modern and looks exactly like on the photos. There were no previous reviews and we were the first to rent this apartment. Everything works perfect for us, great location in the quiet neighborhood of Dania Beach, one step from the beautiful beach, easy walk to Hollywood Blvd with all activities and restaurants. If you walk n the opposite direction in 10 minutes you could reach the fishing pier and restaurant with the ocean view. Very close to Fort Lauderdale airport. Free parking, nice courtyard with outside furniture, king side comfortable bed, modern clean very functional apartment.. Beach chairs and towels are great additions Check in was easy, communication with the apartment management was very professional without any delay. We feel very welcome. I highly recommend this apartment for an enjoyable vacation in one of the best locations in Florida
